The short version
- We only collect what you send us: your business name, website and email.
- We use it to reply to you and to do the work. Nothing else.
- No tracking cookies, no ads. Visitor counts only, with no cookies. We never sell your data.
- Email us any time to see, change or delete your data.
1. Who is responsible
JP Anime Ltd, trading as Biscuitbird. Registered in England and Wales, company no. 14337136. Registered office: 58 Martindale Crescent, Wigan, WN5 9DU, United Kingdom. Registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), no. ZC270870. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
- From the form: business name, website (optional) and email.
- From emails: whatever you choose to send us.
- If you become a customer: billing details, handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- For free designs: public information about your business, such as your current website and listings.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and make your free design.
- To build, host and edit your website if you become a customer.
- To keep invoices and records that tax law requires.
We do this because you asked us to, because we have a contract with you, or because the law requires it.
4. Who helps us
A few trusted services process data for us, only to run this website and our service:
- Cloudflare: hosts our websites, counts visits without cookies (Web Analytics), and checks the form isn't sent by a bot (Turnstile).
- Resend: delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Our payment provider: takes payments from customers.
Some of them may process data outside your country. When they do, they use the safeguards the law requires.
5. Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you: it shows us totals like page views and countries. The bot check on our form may use data needed for security only.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become work: deleted within 12 months.
- Free designs you don't want: deleted within 30 days.
- Customer records: while you're a customer, then as long as tax law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop using it. Email [email protected] and we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In the UK that is the ICO (ico.org.uk). In the EU, it is the authority in your country.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
